Mr. Leininger graduated Fordham Law School in 1974 with a rank of #1 in the entire Evening Division. He has been practicing law for over 33 years - the last 30 years concentrating on Divorce and Custody Matters.  Mr. Leininger has appeared on national TV and radio shows, including the Phil Donohue Show, Sallie Jessie Raphael Show, CBS Morning Show, the Today Show, etc.

Mr. Leininger is a member in good standing of the New York Bar, the New Jersey Bar, and the Florida Bar, and is also admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States.  He is a member of the Family Law Sections of the New York State Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Florida Bar Association. Mr. Leininger is also a certified Divorce Mediator.

Mr. Leininger's law firm has handled several thousand divorces since it's founding in 1981, and the firm has been attorney of record on numerous appeals, including the following reported cases: Radigan v.
