As Staten Island Divorce Lawyers, we practice all aspects of Divorce and

Our Law Firm concentrates on Family
Law Issues, thereby achieving a depth of field and an extensive base of experience. Many

professionals, both in New York and New Jersey and elsewhere, who know and trust our work.

Low up-front retainers
While many divorce attorneys on Staten Island
require an up-front retainer of between $5,000 and $15,000 on all divorce
cases, we only require an up-front retainer of just $3,000 on any case that we
accept which is not yet in litigation! Yes, even if you and your spouse have a
business, or millions of dollars in assets, the initial retainer is only $3,000,
provided the case is not yet in litigation! We believe that most cases can be
settled quickly and inexpensively by negotiation, rather than litigation!
Obviously, if Court litigation is necessary, the initial retainer will be
higher. We will give you a definite retainer quote at the initial
consultation so there will be no surprises!
We offer a 30 minute initial consultation for only $100. If you retain our firm within 30 days of your initial consultation, we will credit you back for the $100 consultation fee.

About Our Firm
Our Law Firm was founded by attorney William J. Leininger in 1981. Mr. Leininger is a
native New Yorker who graduated from Regis High School, St. Francis College and Fordham
Law School. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1975, and was subsequently admitted to
the Bars of New Jersey and Florida. Mr. Leininger has appeared on the Phil Donahue Show, the
Sally Jessy Raphael Show, the Today Show,
CBS Eyewitness News, and other national
television and radio programs.
